We have been informed by the manufacturers that due to exceptional unexpected demand they are unable to supply meningitis ‘B’ vaccine (Bexsero®) until further notice. They have stated that they will make further supplies available to us so that patients who have already had at least one dose can complete their course.
Furthermore they advise that since they are not able to give a date as to when further supplies will be available, we should not start any new courses.
